So just how do we create presentation perfection?

Our Presentation Design ProcessOur innovative design methodology helps create presentations quickly and cost-effectively. Our process is simple and uncomplicated.

After years of creating presentations for companies large and small, we've developed an efficient and cost-effective design process to get the job done right...helping you to distinctively communicate your message.

We work as an extension of your team, headquartered in South Florida, and relying on our network of presentation specialists throughout the United States to get the job done quickly and affordably...wherever you're at.  For larger projects, we can be deployed to work on-site at your facility.

We deliver our cutting-edge design together with a strong knowledge of the corporate world. And we do it all with a can-do attitude, the result of years of experience, integrity, and software proficiency. Working with us isn't only easy, it can be fun!

Step 1: Getting Started:

Complete our Estimate a Project form and provide us with your existing presentation or other collateral material (logos, graphics, notes, sound, etc.). We'll review and contact you to discuss your needs and determine the scope of your project and prepare an estimate and/or proposal, typically with several pricing options.

Step 2: Engage and create:

After selecting the option that best meets your needs and budget, we'll prepare an operating agreement (for projects over $2,000) and collect a 50% retainer, payable by check or credit card. We'll then get to work on creating a look-and-feel for the presentation and laying the foundation for the project.

Step 3: Production and collaboration:

Presentation development is an iterative process. As our development team works to add graphics and refine the content, we'll post or email updated versions of the presentation for your review and input. We'll keep you updated on the status of your project and will work to meet your deadlines...and your expectations.

Production & Collaboration Process

Step 4: Project finishing and signoff:

Although production time depends on the complexity of your project, typical turnaround is within 5 to 10 days. The final stages of the project involve critical review, addition of screen transitions and animation effects, and file-size optimization. Once you're satisfied (we don't stop until you are) we'll close-out the project, collect the balance due, and send you the final draft plus all the raw materials (Photoshop, graphics, etc.) that went into its creation for ease of updating.
