Reduce clutter: Replace/supplement bullets with graphical icons

We remember graphics more readily than text, so work to find a graphic from a stock photo collection or a scanned photo that will support the bullet and make it come alive with graphics.


1) This slide from the Studer Group uses three text bullets to explain the results of phone calls to patients prior to their doctor appointments. But the bullets are bland and un-memorable.	2) So we re-worked the bullets into three distinct image blocks that more effectively conveyed the impact of calling patients prior to their doctor appointments. The new visuals make the results more clear and memorable. Again, the value of having a quality template is demonstrated.
