Communicating for Results

During this program, the participants will learn the critical skills and techniques necessary to avoid conflict and positively influence communication outcomes with others. They will be involved in multiple exercises and practice opportunities to reinforce the learning objectives. Participants will leave with a specific action plan that will significantly improve their work performance and communication skills.

  • Understand the ways that verbal and non-verbal behaviors may influence others’ perceptions of you

  • Implement guidelines for communication and provide exceptional customer service to diverse internal and external audiences
