Case Study 1: American Psychological Association
(Client since 2005)

Dr. Norman Anderson, the President of the Washington, DC-based American Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, was scheduled to speak at two major medical conventions in October, 2004. But his old PowerPoints presentations were a hodgepodge of scanned data sheets and charts, small, hard-to-read text, and an overall look-and-feel that detracted from his message and style. So Dr. Anderson called on The Presentation Team for a presentation makeover. In just five days, we created a new image, complete with a customized template, new charts/graphs, improved typography and graphics that supported his messages.


Case Study 2: DePuy Spine (Johnson & Johnson)
(Client since 2004)

In August 2004, DePuy Spine, a division of Johnson and Johnson, called on The Presentation Team to create a professional look and consistency to their 12-module Charite artificial disc training PowerPoint presentation. The original presentations- each developed by an individual physician- all featured an ordinary white background with black text, static rectangular graphics, and an overall look that detracted from the professionalism of the Charite brand.

The updated presentations featured four customized templates, bolder typography, and rounded-edge PNG graphics (developed in Photoshop) for a more polished look and feel. The end result: a more engaging training experience for presenters and physicians.

Case Study 3: Interactive Metronome
(Client since 2004)

Interactive Metronome, a leader in Neurological and Motor Rehabilitation, needed some "Presentation Rehabilitation." Their old PowerPoint sales presentation was littered with typographical inconsistencies, a distorted/stretched logo, and an overall look that detracted from the professionalism of their company. The company selected The Presentation Team's "Enhanced Presentation" package to quickly and affordably give their presentation a world-class look. Enhancements included development of a new light-color template and color scheme, stunning stock photos, and an overall sharpened new look.


Case Study 4: Agouron Pharmaceuticals
(Client since 2004)

For the presenters of Agouron Pharmaceutical's What's Your Plan program, it was becoming increasingly frustrating that their audiences of nurses and healthcare providers were growing more restless and bored through their 10-part HIV-treatment training presentation.
So the pharmaceutical firm turned to The Presentaiton Team to re-invigorate their bland and dry PowerPoint with a new look.

Highly clinical in its look and feel, the original presentation featured a flat olive background with bland urine-yellow titles in an ordinary arial font. Although the presentation was dominated by text, a small amount of traditional vector clipart added some visual variety, but appeared too dated. By simply adding new graphics and basic animation, the presenters are freshly motivated and the audiences are more attentive to this educational presentation.
