It's so easy! Very often, a cluttered slide of graphics can be easily enhanced with a simple distribution of graphics or text.  You turn the guides on with control G, and make duplicate guides by holding control down while dragging on a grid.

1) Here’s an example of a slide from a client of ours back in the mid 1990s. A few rectangles, but they’re all off alignment. By using the Align Center feature…in PowerPoint’s Draw Toolbar in the bottom left), you can easily get your graphics lined up. 2) Here’s the end effect of that same graphic, now much more aligned and with better shadows on the graphics. 3) The same image with a photo montage template applied. A considerable improvement…just by distribution and alignment
